We use membership-management software to administer account levels, membership status and expiry. When payment processing is enabled, payment providers such as PhonePe may process transactions in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
- Payment providers may collect payment credentials, authentication information, device information and transaction details necessary to process a payment.
- NewsBeat may receive transaction references, payment status, amounts and other information required to confirm and administer memberships.
- We do not intend to store complete payment-card credentials on our website. The actual handling of payment data depends on the payment integration in use.
- Membership activation, renewal, cancellation, refunds and expiry are governed by the applicable membership terms and payment-provider processes.
